How Your Information Is Handled

What This Site Collects

When you fill out the Contact form or the Booking form, the following may be collected:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• Session details you provide (session type, shoot location, date, message content)
• A typed signature and checkbox confirmation on the Photography Services Agreement, along with the date signed

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not collect payment card information of any kind.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns — such as how many people visit, which pages they view, and which device or region they're browsing from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data in aggregate; it does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. See Google's own privacy policy for details on how they handle this data.

How Form Submissions Are Handled

Both forms are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which emails your submission directly to photography.by.junior@gmail.com. Rodney Jr Productions does not store form submissions in a separate database — they exist as emails in the inbox they're sent to. FormSubmit's own handling of data in transit is governed by their privacy policy, available at formsubmit.co.

Payments

This site does not process or store payment or bank card information. Deposit payments are completed directly through Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or Zelle — each of which is a separate platform with its own privacy and security practices. This site only generates a pre-filled payment link or displays account details for you to complete payment on that platform.

How Your Information Is Used

Information submitted through this site is used only to respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, prepare session agreements, and communicate about your session. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention & Deletion

Booking and contact information is kept as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, and record-keeping purposes. If you'd like your information removed from past records, email photography.by.junior@gmail.com and it will be handled directly.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Session bookings involving minors (such as family, prom, or team sports sessions) are made and signed by a parent or guardian.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the site or business practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
