A deposit of 20% of your session total is due to confirm your date. The booking page calculates this automatically once you select a session, and you can pay it right there through Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or Zelle. Your date isn't officially held until the deposit is received.

Deposits are final and non-refundable. However, they are transferable — if you need to reschedule with at least 7 days' notice, your deposit carries over to the new date at no extra charge. Full details are in the Photography Services Agreement on the booking page.

Yes. Every booking includes a Photography Services Agreement covering payment terms, cancellation policy, image usage, and liability — reviewed and signed digitally as part of the booking form. This protects both you and Rodney Jr Productions, and keeps expectations clear from the start.

Typical turnaround is 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the session type and how much editing it involves. Smaller sessions (like a Mini Sports Session) tend to be on the faster end; full wedding-day coverage takes longer to edit properly.

Edited photos are delivered as a private Google Drive link, sent to the email you provide at booking. The link gives you full-resolution downloads — no app or account required on your end.

Sessions are based between the East Texas region and Tucson, Arizona. If you're outside either area, reach out — travel bookings are welcome and can be discussed before you book.
